Frustration is teh word that doesn´t want to came out of my mind this week. I even looked up in a dictionary what the word really means and I found this: frustration is the feeling of being frustrated; disappointment. And of course I had to look up for the word frustated which means discouraged; not satisfied; unable to be successful in one´s chosen carrer. Exactly how i feel this week.
I am very frustated in my carrer these days. I hope this feeling is a temporary one and in few weeks is completelly gone;
I hate feeling this way but sometimes is all you can do.

Why are you so frustrated? What happened? Is it something related to English, your learning process?
I think that everybody one day feels this terrible feeling, but the most important it to face these kinds of situations. I used to feel so unfounded with my English before entering in university and also during the classes. But now, I’m trying to look for solutions all the time, because I want to improve my skills and keep enjoying English and the classes. I always try to create activities in English that make me feel excited again. I think it is very important. And if we pay attention, there are many options and solutions…
